High lamination factor
Cold-rolled allows for beautiful shapes and extremely smooth surfaces, and it also results in remarkably high lamination factors.
Superb insulation coating
The surface is coated with insulation film that are excellent in insulation, adhesion, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, and workability.
Great workability
These rigidly adhered insulation films allow these productsto offer good workability, such as easy punching and cutting. They also have high-dimensional accuracy, enabling high-speed and continuous punching operations.
Types and typical applications
HILITECORE™ H
This product exhibits almost uniform magnetic characteristics over the steel sheet in all the directions. It is used for iron cores of a wide variety of rotary machines, from large electric power generators to small precision motors. It is also good for small transformers.
HOMECORE™ H
Compared with HILITECORE, this product has more excellent magnetic flux density characteristics. It is best for small motors and small transformers.
HIEXCORE™ HX (HILITECORE for high-efficiency motors)
This product exhibits low loss (including high frequencies) and high magnetic flux densities. We offer a large product line-up specified for each of magnetic characteristic requirements including small and large various high-performance rotary machines.
HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH HILITECORE™ HXT
This product is good for mechanically robust products such as high-speed rotary machines. A sufficient tensile strength is also guaranteed. We offer a large product line-up specified for each of specific tensile strength and magnetic property requirements.
