NSSMC and SC Renews a Global Framework Agreement with Shell

On March 3, 2016, Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Kosei Shindo; hereinafter, “NSSMC”) and Sumitomo Corporation (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kuniharu Nakamura) participated in a signing ceremony for a renewal of the Global Framework Arrangement for oil country tubular goods (OCTG) with Shell Global Solutions International BV (head office: the Netherlands) at its offices in the Netherlands.
