Support to the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquakes

We would like to express our sincere condolences to the victims of the earthquakes in Kumamoto and Oita Prefectures, which struck on April 14 and subsequent days, and to express our deepest sympathies to those who have been affected.

Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) has decided to make a monetary donation of 15 million yen as emergency relief for and reconstruction of the affected areas.

We pray for the earliest possible recovery of the regions.
