This is the graining tone type of NIPPON STEEL VIEWKOTE™ pre-coated steel sheet that has achieved enhanced design aesthetic, and which is used in various exterior applications in the consumer electronics and household fields.
Major characteristics of this product
- Adding large-diameter beads to the coating film surface achieves a higher design aesthetic than our previous pre-coated steel sheet.
- The ability to omit the coating process during forming helps the customer reduce the number of processes, conserve energy and space, and reduce environmental impact.
Combining this with embossing or press-forming further enhances design.
Graining tone VIEWKOTE™ makes it possible to create an appearance with enhanced aesthetics and design aspects, as shown below.
