It is with the deepest sadness and regret that we inform you of the death of Mr. Yutaka Takeda， aged 90， Senior Advisor (formerly， Representative Director and Chairman and President) of Nippon Steel Corporation， on Sunday，February 15th， from cardiac insufficiency.

A ”Farewell-to-Yutaka-Takeda” ceremony will be held as follows:
