An announcement was made on March 2, 2012 that Mr. Masashi Tanida would retire as Executive Counsellor of Nippon Steel Corporation on March 31, 2012 and would be appointed as Executive Advisor of The Sangyo Shinko Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2012.
This is to announce that Mr. Masashi Tanida has been nominated for the position of the Representative Director and President of The Sangyo Shinko Co., Ltd in late June 2012.
