China’s National Grand Theatre


This semispherical architecture using titanium for façade has become a landmark of Beijing.

TranTixxii (finish: ND20) is also adopted in China’s National Grand Theatre located in Beijing, China
Mr. Paul Andrew, world-famous architect, developed a likeness for Nippon Steel’s titanium sheet with a soft metallic gloss, leading to adoption of “ALPOLIC®/frTCM” (Titanium Composite Material”
(hereinafter called “TCM” *1, composite panel of titanium and stainless steel made by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, Inc. using Nippon Steel’s titanium.
